We have been writing to Ms Tierney’s class in Tulla, Co. Clare. We got our first letter from Ms Tierney’s class before our Christmas break. We were put into partners. We spent a week drafting and publishing our reply to their letters.

Ms Tierney’s class wrote us a card to congratulate us on our Confirmation. We also got letters from the students in Tulla. We hope to go on a trip to meet our pen pals. We also hope to use Skype to communicate with them in class soon. Pen pals is a good way of making new friends it is also a new way of communicating with others instead of using mobile phones or computers.
