On the 26th February last, our class went to Maynooth Library as part of Engineers Week. We met an engineer called Paul who told us about the work that he does in the field of engineering in Ireland and all over the world. He had lots of boxes of K’Nex and he challenged us to make a car with steering and suspension mechanisms.

We worked individually, in pairs and in groups. We had a great time. Have a look at some of our creations.
